I am SO EXCITED to announce that as of last night the redesign I've been working on for a online video game guild (Ebonlore) is COMPLETE!

it's up and running live at [link].

for it being my first REAL project i'm pretty impressed. i wasn't even supposed to get the job. our pro designer dropped out after getting too much negative feedback and very little direction from the powers that be. this left a good friend of mine, james, the sole person working on the project as the developer. when no one would step up to the plate i was begrudgingly pulled into the project, but am SO glad i accepted the offer. there was a steep learning curve and i definitely was so lost in the beginning, but i think it was a great learning experience that forced me to step up my game, so to speak.

that being said: they were HORRIBLE to work with and it was SO HARD blending my cheery colorful style with their insistence on a dark/evil feel. so after a few months of hard work and stretching myself to grow as an artist i'm very excited to get to work on my next project! it's going to be a site for the long beach unit of the California National Guard (i think..? i get so confused with all this army stuff). my best friend back in LA is the secretary and has asked me and James to help her. this next one should be WAY easier than the Ebonlore site, so updates to come soon
